Undefeated since 1960

Hey Gang,
You ever notice how some other companies will spin some crazy marketing line to sound more important than they really are? Like, "We're the #1 comic company with left-handed boys named Frank aged 7 3/4 to 7 7/8 who like to read comics on Tuesdays while eating popcorn shrimp." That's just ridiculous! At Marvel we say we're #1 because WE ARE #1. Our comics are the best. Plain and simple. They've stood the test of time. They're classics. When Hollywood makes movies based on them, they're blockbusters. And just to prove we've ALWAYS been the best, this week we're taking it waaaaay back to the '60s with MARVEL FIRSTS: THE 1960S.

This was the Silver Age. Or as a certain "Man" and "King" called it, "The Marvel Age of Comics." MARVEL FIRSTS: THE 1960S compiles the famous first issues of dozens of everyone's favorite super heroes - including the Hulk, Doctor Strange, Nick Fury, Iron Man, Thor, Spider-Man, Daredevil, the X-Men, the Avengers and MORE!
I'm sure after you read this trade there will be no doubt in your mind that Marvel was the best then and it's still the Best NOW. 'Nuff said!

Wow! Things are getting way too serious around here! So, just for a Laugh, here's what the Trades Department might have looked like if we were around in the '60s...

Now on to the rest of this week's MARVEL TRADES...
