Chaos War looked like pure utter garbage. The worst story probably from recent marvel event minis. Just really sucked from what I saw. From the characters, story and art, as well as the horrible representations of some of marvel's best characters- it was just pathetic. Chaos War caters to people with immature tastes and small minds...guys like MonstarMoron would think Chaos War to be valuable.

    @Jax

You'd have a better experience with the Black Plague compounded with Ebola.

I'm thinking draw myself, the only way I see it going in either guys favor is if Nate messes up bad, and lets Hulk slug him, or like wise Hulk messes up and lets Nate into his head.

    I agree good sir.

@ Foxy- thanks for scans bud. Yeh, it looks like Nate was likewise swimming in the cosmic waters by the end.

This pretty much cements the draw for me. I don't see how these two, at these levels, in this diminsion, would even be able to harm eachother. There is no real way to even judge such an encounter. Too many variables and way too much power flux. I could see a dozen writers each tackle this a dozen ways with a dozen seperate end possibilities.

    My take-

I see Umar running for help anywhere she can get it, just to break up the fight and salvage what she can of the Dark D.

Pak lost all credibility after the Chaos War, the absolute worst story arc I've ever reed in comic book history. I actually contemplated suicide afterwards.

I only skimmed Chaos War. Looks like I didn't miss much from the sound of it. Where there any high points?

Shaman is actually pretty far beyond what most would call a "conventional" TP/TK user. He's been pegged to be on par with the Dark Phoenix, and he's incredibly hard to damage, he doesn't really have a typical flesh and blood body per se, it's actually composed of psychic energy that he has full control over. Even when his body was dispelled across the entire universe, he was still able to reform himself. So, if need be, Nate could even just fight intangible the entire time.

Additionally, Nate can actually warp space and time as well.

This would be pretty handy for Hulk's big Gamma bursts. Here; Nate warps space, and bends energy harmlessly around himself:

Nate can also casually stop time:

If need be Nate could also calm Hulk down, by making him relive his happiest memory forever:

IMO Nate would be a pretty rough match for even Hulk at this level, he's got a lot of of exotic things that he can do, he's definitely not stuck in the realm of power that most TK/TP users are in. He was even compared to Franklin Richards at one point.

Why do people always think characters have to fight Hulk on his level?  Don't care how strong or tough he is.  He wouldn't even be able to touch Nate unless he wanted  him to.  Nate opens up a portal and sling Hulk into it.  The End.

Nate disperses Hulk's atoms.  The End.  Nate slings Hulk into the sun from half a mile a way.  The End.

Yes, of course if he goes down and tries to blast the Hulk and slug it out with him, then his odds drop real fast.  That's just it, he doesn't have to fight the Hulk like that.  Nate's powers are way to diverse to have to get in a direct confrontation with Hulk.

    1. Battle field removal isn't a definitive win. It only requres the relocation of your opponent to wherever you want them. You temeporarirly win the fight for survival but It does not mean you overcame them in power and destoryed them. Relying soley on BFR(Battel field removal) is a cowards way of fighting. When you're in a real fight, there is no escape. You can buy the time and set up our battle plan but you must stand your ground and bring the fight to a finish at some point.

    2. Many have boasted power to destroy the Hulk's and they've failed to do it. And what is the sun going to do to the Hulk? Hello? He's the Hulk! Maybe you don't know the charater so well but taking nukes to the face, The sun being a big fat nuke, is what the Hulk does. Even when hit with something powerful enough to effect him, he takes a licking and keeps on ticking.

    3. Nate has the ability to projected his energy over a distance. That's good but not good enough. It may set him apart from the regular fist fighter but the Hulk is not a regular fist fighter.

You only have three options in a fight with the Hulk:

    A. You can run away like wussy coward and keep on running forever

    B. You can stand your ground, and fight like a man, hoping to survive and if you can't survive then learn to accept your fate well.

    C. If you have a powerset identical to Hulk's, then you dont have to worry about dying by his hand but have no hope of killing him either.

Stopped reading after you wrote "when you're in a real fight."  This is a fight with a tp/tk and one of the strongest known beings.  So "real fight" rules are out the window.  Nate send Hulk to an alternate dimension or just shoots him into space or the sun if he wanted to be extra cruel.
