Think they would off eachother in the same touch. Grey touches her she simultaneously turns to stone and steals his power then in the same touch still turns him to stone. Double ko
Rogue would steal his power. She doesn't have to be the to touch first. Any touch works. By getting his memeories she would see what all the statues of the world stand for.
Seriously though, I think this comes down to who's power works faster. Either he turns her to stone then shatters her, or she steals his powers and does the same to him!
