    Are you referring to the Ultimate version of Iron Patriot, Memnoch?  Because that all stems from Tony Stark's reaction to the events of Divided We Fall & United We Stand, where President Captain America is struggling to reunite the states of America.

    why did this happen?? it was in a recent issue i saw and he was in that armor it made zero sense why would he wear Norman Osborns armor
