that aside, it was a great issue. 

It's because they think Frank started killing cops..think you missed that part.  They looked the other way on Frank most of the time but they started to feel that he was beginning to get out of hand(reality he wasn't but they don't know that lol)

This book was amazing! The #1 was placed on it only helps to further illustrate how Marvel felt the need to slap a #1 on this to trick all you Avenger/X-Men knuckleheads into buying a Punisher book. Your sheer blind dollar loyalty to those two staples helps stiffle variety for the longterm of other Marvel characters. 

Rucka's run on the Punisher in 616 is one of the best runs for him in 616 in quite some time. The handling of Logan here and how that conversation plays out with Frank was spot on. No needless fight, just two soldiers discussing the matter at hand.

I look forward to reading what is essentially Punisher #17, the events flow seamlessly from the ongoing that ended at #16. 

Frank vs Natasha, should be fun. Soldier vs Spy....where are the Tinker&Tailor? ;-)

Why do members of the avengers have to be in this comic?  Seriously, the punisher isn't going to kill any of them.
