Argh! I HATE to have negative feedback.. 99% of the time I am positive even to the point of being a sheep.. But, I have to say that this ended extremely to quickly. I mean, for months I have been wondering what this new Power set for Norman was and reading all the ITS ULTRON stuff, only to find out its an Adaptoid integration.. Which is cool.

I did enjoy the artwork and really I thought the writing was fine but it just all ended in one issue.. And what sucks is Norman failed in exactly the manner he was told not to do. DONT ABSORB TOO MUCH POWER. It was a fun but less than adequate series and I am happy it is finally over. I do enjoy BMB and I hope he ups his game.. I still think he can win a  lot of people over..

Actually not unlike how they beat the Super Adaptoid in issue #45! Overloading the absorption mechanism-thingy! I found the arc bothersome as well ... fits and starts, and eventually truncated pretty quickly like many of you said. I was happy that Quake was well showcased, what I thougth was a weird choice for the Avengers I'm beginning to like. With Quake, Storm, and Spiderwoman Bendis has tripled the female representation on the team. Still was hoping T'Challa would join, and Storm's inclusion is an uncomfortable fit given her years with the X Men ... probably all related to the up coming AvX anyhow.

I feel the need to have someone come in and really create an arc much like the recent FF series. So I'm hoping Hickman takes over the writing and blows us away, and reinvigorates the team and title.

The ending was a little too abrupt. It seemed like 2/3 of a story.  Not worth my $4.

I actually liked the arc, but there's a big mistake here...  New Avengers #23 should've come out first.  There's stuff that is unresolved in the other title that appears here.  At least they could have saved this issue for the same week as the other.  Big time boo on the release schedule of these titles.

Don't know if I should be glad or not that this arc is finally over, although the Dark Avengers team was cool.
