I love toys. I love (LOVE LOVE) Marvel's The Avengers. These posters? They're like chocolate & peanut butter & tacos - great tastes that taste great together.

The assortment of toys, action figures, swag and collectibles for Marvel's The Avengers arriving in the coming months is pretty fantastic. Hasbro, specifically, has loads of awesome stuff on the way. In particular, I'm EXTREMELY psyched that Marvel and Hasbro are releasing a Helicarrier. Even cooler for me? I get to give you the world premiere, first look, at it:
I'm going to Toy Fair NY next week with a big team of Marvelites. We're shooting video and taking photos of everything at the show, including all the mighty Avengers stuff. So, when I heard what Hasbro's San Diego Comic-Con 2010 exclusive toys would be, I had an idea: film and post an "unboxing" video of Hasbro's massive 19-inch Galactus action figure! And that's what we did! Hasbro sent over all their exclusives and now, less than a week away from SDCC 2010, I tore into Galactus to show you guys just how awesome this toy is. And we get a little look at all the other swag Hasbro has at the show! Here's the video, I hope you enjoy it:

Spoiler alert: Thanos is back! If you're reading our cosmic books, you know the mad Titan was killed a few years back by Drax and recently returned for...wait for it...THE THANOS IMPERATIVE! Coincidence? I think not! Anyway, I'm way excited for THANOS IMPERATIVE and all the crazy stuff coming up, so thought I'd post a few awesome images of Thanos. Just 'cuz.

THE THANOS QUEST #1. I have the original squarebound issues on my bookshelves at home. They're must-reads if you like THE INFINITY GAUNTLET. INFINITY GAUNTLET #1 and #4. That #1 cover is one of my all-time favorites.
