i am starting to see the theme here with this one and the last one. The last one was wearing the top half of cap's armor, and now she is all stars and stripes. cant be a coincidence.

Y'know, this looks like the kind of character you'd see in Watchmen. At least, what I can tell from the design. I do see the Wonder Woman resemblances in there...
